Friday night I turned off my computer for the first time in a long time, and Saturday morning I turned it on and got an error message of "No Disk: Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c. My registry editor and Task Manager have also both been turned off "by the administrator". I searched that string on the internet as well as Task Manager Fixes, which led me to down load Advanced System Care, because my AVG had stopped working.
After running ASC I found out that I had win32\sality. I have taken all the steps I know of to fix it, meaning attempted to find a program to fix it online, but to no avail. I am running ASC, Avast, Spybot S&D, and Secunia Personal Software Inspector, and none of them are helping particularly well.
I am not great with computers, but am very good at following detailed instructions.
