Trojan?

I'm pretty sure I have some form of Alureon.gen!j and NOTHING I've tried has worked. I've followed the advice of countless forums and even had Microsoft customer support try and fix things, and while it seemed to work on my Vista partition, my Windows 7 partition is still affected. With the characteristic symptoms of not being able to access antivirus sites or their updates for antivirus softwares, or Microsoft updates and their services, it has really begun to annoy me. Hi ,

Unfortunately the tools we use to analyse and remove infection do not work properly on Windows 7, and their results can not be relied upon. Because of this it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose any problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.

Because of this, we do not at this time offer support for that OS.
