Suspected mail virus

Unread postby steve67474 » May 7th, 2009, 2:57 am

Hi I dont know if this is relevant but my friend had a problem with his hotmail account where his address book was copied and emails sent to all the adressees and then deleted. His inbox was also deleted. He has a virgin media package and uses their protection. I ran a hyjack this on it last night and was wondering if someone could take a look for me. My little knowledge tells me that the issue is remote as hotmail is an online email client but will take guidance form the experts. Thanks
