Something has hijacked my mozilla firefox. when opening links off a google search result page, i am automatically redirected to a variety of other sites, including some porn site, Elle magazine and others, some seemingly reputable and innocent, others more dubious - but it is always the same set of 10 or so other sites. the problem does not always happen, but at least 60 percent of the time. I ran malewarebytes, prevxcsi, spybot, and macafee, deleted cache and temp folders, all to no avail. most recent troubleshooting effort is trend micro hyjackthis, but i am not sure how to diagnose the log. I would greatly appreciate your advice as to what to delete/fix.
