Programs at Startup, Trojans and Spywares

Hello,

My first post

Please accept my apologies if I happen to break any posting rules or policies because I am a newbie here and I am not yet familiar with the board policies.

A friend of mine on another discussion forum (MrExcel.com) recommended this website for free kind help towards eliminating all kind of viruses & malwares. I am basically an MS-Excel VBA Developer. I am from India and I used to have Reliance Broadnet Services as my ISP until I switched to MTNL Triband around a month back. I use "Spybot Search & Destroy" & "SuperAntiSpyware" for Spwares and AVG as Anti-Virus (Free Versions).

Recently, I have had installed a lot of programs (needy ones and unwanted ones), uninstalled them. Nevertheless, a few programs load at startup which are a pain the neck and I do not want them to load themselves on windows startup. I generally use System Mechanic to unload programs at Startup. Programs like Permissions Research, CTFMON.EXE, BLUESOLEIL, LightScribe, etc. are unwanted ones and I would like to remove them from my system completely. I have uninstalled these programs but they have hacked my system startup folder as it seems from the log file of Hijackthis software.

Moreover, Reliance provided me with an Antivirus Package, F-Secure. However, I had to uninstall it since it was regarded useless because I discontinued the service. I used to have a frequent trojan warning alert by F-Secure, Trojan.Win32.jexec.dk was the alert and it showed the action message as "FAILED" to clean. None of my Anti-Virus programs were successful in order to remove this trojan - I am posting my Hijackthis log file now:

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
