Although your intent was surely not to cause a problem for the topic starter, posting in their topic is certainly problematical as our helpers are looking for topics with zero replies. By posting in another person's topic, you effectively remove their topic from our zero reply list, which causes it to appear that the topic originator is receiving help when they have yet to be helped. It is entirely irrelevant that your problem is the same as that of the person whose topic in which you decided to post in order to explain your own problem. Other than the topic originator, no one should post in a topic except an authorized helper. You were neither the originator of the topic nor an authorized helper.

In order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log. Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic of your own and post your HijackThis log.

This topic is now closed. Please start a new topic by following the HijackThis Guideline posted here: >Guideline for posting your HijackThis log<
