Cannot run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Need help!!!

My system is running very slow. It was infected by spyware that was popping up every now and then but windows defender has removed it, i think as there is no pop-up today but still i cannot run spybot/malware to scan my system completely. I have followed the instructions from this site and captured the log file for further analysis. Any help would be highly appreciated.

HijackThis logs can take some time to research, so please be patient with me. I know that you need
your computer working as quickly as possible, and I will work hard to help see that happen.

Please be patient and I'd be grateful if you would note the following:

• The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.

Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Config button
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
• Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Save the file to your desktop.

There are some very dangerous infections on your computer, one being Trojan-Downloader.Win32.FraudLoad.vked, which is a backdoor. This means that this infection has the capabilities of stealing your(or your businesses) private data.

It appears that this is a business computer and, therefore, very likely holds important and confidential data that your company would not like to see fall into the hands of others who are quite possibly criminals who could exploit that data.

With reference to our rules at this forum, we do not work on business-related computers.

In General, we do not help in cleaning business or corporate computers. There may be restrictions and modifications installed on such machines that could be damaged or altered by the actions we take to remove Malware. There may also be legal issues regarding any loss of business data that we do not wish to deal with.

If this is a business computer, you need to immediately inform your IT department that your computer is infected with a high-risk infection as the only safe option is a reformat and reinstallation of the operating system. All computers with which this computer has been networked, at home or at work, will also need to be checked for possible infections.
