Thanks to you Chris, I've been able to meet a lot of people, make new friends from all around the world and most importantly, been able to learn a lot of new stuff, all because of this forum.

I'm sure your work will be carried forth by NonSuch and Gary just as well as you had done.

Thank you so much! Good luck with your future endeavours!!

P.S : Congrats Gary and NonSuch :)

Thanks all - Site founder as a rank is not an option.

While any type of 'ownership' is seen in any 'rank' for me, people will continue to PM me when they should now deal with NonSuch and Gray R.

The other choice is MRU Emeritas - while I am still active in the background that too is not quite right.

Thanks for your support and good wishes, everyone. :)

It might take a while for Chris to settle on a suitable rank that will at the same time stem the tide of PMs. Regardless, we will all know that he's the site owner and founder, no matter how anonymous he may succeed in appearing to others. ;)

We are fortunate that we have a fantastic team of Admins and Admin/Teachers who provide an incredible level of support for MRU. That's what will continue to carry us forward... teamwork. :thumbleft:

I guess the final rank is Server Support?

Chris, I hope you can continue to watch the University grow and flourish. Good luck with whatever the future throws at you.

Gary and NonSuch, congratulations! I wonder how many sticks I can break. . .

I'd like to thank everyone for their kind wishes, and especially Chris for the trust and confidence he's shown to myself and NonSuch. We'll make every effort to ensure it wasn't misplaced.

Might I also add my respects for all the Admins and Teachers who dedicate so much of their time and effort to MRU.

It's their teamwork that's made this site what it is, that holds this site together, and which will see it succeed in the future.

Those of you now training could do no better than to take them as an example of what to aspire to.

Wow, I feel like it is the end of an era

Chris, for me to say thank you for starting this site doesn't even come close to the depth of gratitude I feel.
The team that Nellie and yourself recruited made this forum a helpful and friendly place to be.

There is no doubt that we will miss your presence, but I'm sure the excellent staff here will keep things running smoothly.

As for the new admins, I have the highest regard for both NonSuch and Gary,
Congratulations and good luck to you both

..

You can tell how surprised I am, ..... not a Yorkshire joke in sight
