hijackthis- lenovo s10

Hi, semi-pc literate, mac user here- I purchased the lenovo s10 for my sister as gift. I uninstalled Norton as a tip i saw to save her hard drive space and installed malwarebytes anti malware program after a referral. The lenovo was fine for a couple months, but now malware is creeping in. To make my long story short- a button on the bottom toolbar reoccurs on startup- 'My First AU3 Bot'. And my sister says another terminal popup routinely appears and shuts down her system after a 60 second warning. I am waiting for this to happen to describe to you. I found a locked file in my c:Windows folder with the same blue triangle icon as the 'my first au3 bot' button. I used malware bytes file assassin program to delete it but the button is still there. I shouldve known it wasnt that easy. Obvious question before i paste my hijackthis file; what steps do i take to clean this puppy up, and what do i do for future safeguard (i prefer low maintenance for her sake, pay for norton?) Thanks in advance, plz excuse my limited working language (oh yeah she installed several online coupon programs that she makes purchases with that i notice deliever negligible popups)
-one last note, i know lenovo has the one button recovery feature but i forgot to create a boot disc for her when it was clean to begin with. i was excited to give the shiny gift. and yes i got frustrated trying to fix it so i downloaded poker. hahah

If you still require help, please start a new topic and post a fresh HijackThis log, along with a complete description of all symptoms you are currently experiencing that make you feel your system is infected with malware. Also, in the same post, please include an Uninstall List.

To create an Uninstall List, open HijackThis and, from the Main Menu > click on the "Open the Misc Tools section" button > click "Open Uninstall Manager" > click "Save List." Save the list to your Desktop or any convenient location. Next, copy the contents of the Uninstall List and paste it into the same post as your HijackThis log.
