Plagued by svchost.exe error

I currently being plagued by a svchost error that is constantly popping up. I was worried that it was a windows issue at first, but it seems to be a malware issue. Something is forcing me to use "classic" view for windows and blocking me from accessing any Malware programs (malware or spybot) or visiting their websites specifically. I was able to get Malware working at one point by renaming it, it turned up 9 results. However after the restart the problem has only worsened instead of improving or being fixed. If you still require help, please start a new topic and post a fresh HijackThis log, along with a complete description of all symptoms you are currently experiencing that make you feel your system is infected with malware. Also, in the same post, please include an Uninstall List.

To create an Uninstall List, open HijackThis and, from the Main Menu > click on the "Open the Misc Tools section" button > click "Open Uninstall Manager" > click "Save List." Save the list to your Desktop or any convenient location. Next, copy the contents of the Uninstall List and paste it into the same post as your HijackThis log.
