Need help finding malware pop-up downloader

[fakeivy]

I keep getting pop-ups saying download "registry defender" or other (supposedly) bogus malware protectors.
I keep alt-f4ing the pop-ups, but I want to get it off my computer.
I use Firefox 3.0.7
I think it's that "sivaforu.dll", but I wanted another opinion.
Whatever help is given will be greatly appreciated.

Not anymore. My computer crashed and the only option left to me was to run the hp recovery console.
I've got my computer back up running, thankfully.
