Help needed removing "HTTP Fake Scan Webpage"

I need some help removing the malware identified by Norton Internet Security as "HTTP Fake Scan Webpage". The malware periodically runs Internet Explore with a local URL that displays a bogus "Spyware Removal" web page. I've pasted my HiJackThis log below:
