Very slow computer start up and running; tried reccomended..

I bought my computer brand new this past January. It is starting up and running abnormally slowly. Many issues with playing various media files (audio and video). I tried turning off unnecessary start-up programs, defrag, disk clean-up, everything. I was being warned for a while of a Trojan virus of some sort in a music file, and after many failed attempts to delete the file I was finally able to delete it but my problems did not disappear with the file. Please help! Thank you!

It is an unfortunate reality that the tools we use to analyze and remove malware will not work properly on 64 bit operating systems. Therefore, although some may appear to produce results, those results cannot be relied upon. Because of this limitation, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose your problems. Additionally, any fixes we might attempt would carry the potential to do as much or more damage to your system as the malware that may be infecting it.

Currently, we have no one available with the necessary experience with 64 bit systems that would be required in order to inspect your machine manually.
