Please Help - Virus blocking all major antivirus websites

Unread postby bfoglia » March 12th, 2009, 10:29 am

Hey guys,

I was wondering if you would be able to help me with this one.
I have 2 computers at my work that both appear to be infected with a nasty virus. Just started at this company and I first detected it when I was not able to go to the microsoft web site to download updates. I soon came to realize that it appears to be blocking all major antivirus websites. I then updated his antivirus (Trend Micro via our Security Server) which appeared to work but unfortunately it didnt find any viruses on the scan. I then installed Malwarebytes off a usb key I have but it would not update, it gave a massage about being blocked by firewall, which I know was not the case. So far I have run the following on them to no avail, keep in mind none of these were able to update as they all get blocked, but I did download the newest versions and ran them anyway.
Malwarebytes
SuperAntispyware
Trend Micro
Spybot
Adaware
CCleaner

Any help would be really appreciate.

Thank you very much in advance.

Both computers are Dells running Windows XP SP2

Here is my HiJackThis log

The forum rules do not allow us to work on business-related computers:
In General, we do not help in cleaning business or corporate computers. There may be restrictions and modifications installed on such machines that could be damaged or altered by the actions we take to remove Malware. There may also be legal issues regarding any loss of business data that we do not wish to deal with.

So I am sorry we won't be able to help you in this case, and accordingly I have closed the topic.
