I was surfing nicely on my portable last week when it started popping up IE publicity windows all of a sudden, which was a bit annoying and a surprise since I usually surf with Firefox. After a few minutes, I got a warning from SpywareGuard that there was an attempt to change a BHO, so I clicked on refuse, the window showing I had refused appeared, I clicked OK, and immediately the same SpywareGuard window appeared again...and again...and again...I was unable to move until I stopped clicking the OK. Now the computer is super slow, I can hardly surf, ZoneAlarm shows outbound traffic constantly...
I had attended MWR University for a while a couple of years ago, but was unfortunately unable to keep going because of time constraints... so I tried a few things. Booted on Safe Mode, ran scans with Spybot, Ad-Aware and AVG and removed everything that was found...also ran CCleaner and cleaned everything...cleaned startup entries which after reaserch seemed associated with malware. This research mentionned one of the files as being Vundo variant so I ran Vundo-fix which didn't find anything...
Finally, I ran HJT and I am now back at MWR, unfortunately for some help. I didn't dare do anything myself alone with HJT because I know how dangerous that can be. So here's the log:

Thank you for your help, I'm curious to see if the lines I think are fishy are actually the problematic ones...
