No icons or task bar on start up

Ok here is the new problem. I had the dreaded ms spyware 2009 and other nasty trojans. pc-cillin let it slide through I guess. Windows defender was usless. Stopzilla got rid of 109 items. Malware anti-malware got rid of some registry trojans. I still have the pop up saying that I have a virus. Looks like a MS box but dont trust it. When I boot the computer it gets all the way to the wall paper with no icons or tast bar appear. When booted in safe mode I dont have any icons either. Have to run task manager in both situations and open c: then all the icons/taskbar loads up. The I get two pop up boxes: 1 says /idlist,:0:1568,c:\ missing and the other one says "error loading c:/windows/system32/jlefwicj.dll."

Installed Programs

Please could you give me a list of the programs that are installed.

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.

You will see a list with the programs installed in your computer.
Click on save list button and specify where you would like to save this file.
When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file.
Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad into your next post.

I'm presently looking over your log and hope not to be too long.
