trouble installing MBAM to rid Kollah trojan

[KWE69]

Please help! I'm trying to install MBAM to remove a "Kollah" trojan that I can't seem to remove with my current Anti-Spyware software (CA Anti-Spyware). I get the following run-time error when trying to install MBAM: "Run-time error '372': Failed to load control 'vbalGrid' from vbalsgrid6.ocx. Your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application." I also have some other weird things happening on my system (can't drag and drop, can't paste, can't modify Quicklaunch toolbar, etc.).
