google reports malware on database of website?

Unread postby foxxxi » January 11th, 2009, 11:29 am

Hi all,

I am very new to this.. Recently Google has found malware virus on my website database. www.coconutsands.com - initially it was only on 3 resorts, now it is on over 300 pages..

I sent this information thru to our ISP.. they have never seen this sort of thing before on any of their websites and thus didnt know what to do.
Eventually on Friday, they found a line of code which they deemed to be the line of code that was causing all these issues.. Google has crawled the site again yesterday and is STILL picking up Malware issues,, Please can someone let me know what exactly we are supposed to be looking for on the database and how to get rid of it, as this has gotten beyond frustrating.. :(

I really appreciate any help I can get from you

thanks!!

It would appear that your issues are beyond that of a home user's computer being infected with malware, which is what this forum deals with. We are very sorry but we are not equipped to deal with website database issues.

As this issue falls outside the scope of this forum, this topic is now closed.
