Virtumonde, winvirus2009 software popup

Hello,
I have been getting these pop ups for a antiviruse software (winantivirus2009 <sp>) Spybot is going crazy asking to allow or deny registry or .dll file changes. I ran spybot and it found virtumonde and deleted it. I thought that was the end of my problem. Now I have been getting another firefox window opening and it's just white, but after about a minute it has the text:
"504 gateway time out - nginx"
Spybot has been asking to allow or deny "nusufowelu" to wogiregu.dll. There were some other .dll files that it was trying to go to but I denied it and can't recall the .dll file name.
Here is the hijack this log.

Please be patient as I need some time to review your Hijackthis log and i will post back recommendations for repairs.
As I am still on training, everything that I post to you, must be checked by an expert. Thus, there may be a tiny bit of a delay between posts, but it shouldn't be too long.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random and save to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
  Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• Then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the log back into your next reply
  Note:
• The log can also be found here:
  C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt
• Or via the Logs tab when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is started.

After finish the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scan, do this:

• Double click on RSIT.exe to launch RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Your firewall may alert you that RSIT is requesting Internet access. Please allow it.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open: log.txt<-- this will be maximized and info.txt<-- this will be minimized.
