Computer Slow, Suspicious files found

I just recently purchased IOBIT's Advanced System Care v3.1.0 Pro. When I ran it, there were some items that were found that, on analysis, were suspicious. I did the 'analysis this', but didn't do anything. It was mostly the BHO files that were deemed 'suspicious'. I have a 2.4 gig Intel Celeron processor with 2 gigs RAM. I use Norton Internet Security, Super Antispyware, and XoftSpySE. At times, my computer is very slow and even freezes up sometimes when changing windows in Firefox 3.0.5. Here is the log file of that scan. I do all maintenance regularly;defrag, disk cleanup, registry cleaning and defrag, etc.
Please let me know if there is anything that is, or could be, a problem.
