living in malware hell!!!

Hi -- Getting help to exorcize the MalWare demons and a lift out of the hell I am currently in would be much appreciated!!!

Here is the problem:

Every time I run IE or Outlook all available system resources are grabbed by what appears to be a base process (“System” PID 4) and my computer runs very slowly. If I close IE and/or Outlook my system returns to normal.

I have run all 4 virus/MalWare scans I have and none of them have resolved the problem.

If you still require help please do the following


Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.

I removed ZoneAlarm and now everything is running great!!

Thanks for your help but I think that remove ZoneAlarm has resolved my problems!!

It's unfortunate, but a lot of people have trouble with Zone Alarm.
You could ask on their forum about solutions, or you could try Comodo.
