I seem to have a malware problem...

My computer has slowed down immensely. Lately I installed AVG free and was informed that I had a generic trojan horse. It no longer shows in the scans, but my computer takes up to 3 mins to load any given website I visit. The site I have the most trouble with is my own! AVG free said that the virus came with an Adobe reader download. Here is my Hijack this log. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
