Computer's slow with tons of pop ups. It randomly crashes sometimes and whenever I boot it up I have to tap F8 and tell it to boot up with the settings that most recently worked, otherwise I get the blue screen of death while it boots up. Also, things like youtube videos don't load more than 30-1:30 into it before stopping. Here's the log.

Hello and welcome to Malware Removal.

My name is peku006and I will be helping you to remove any infection(s) that you may have.
I will be giving you a series of instructions that need to be followed in the order in which I give them to you.

Please observe these rules while we work:

  • If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
  • Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
  • Please continue to respond until I give you the "All Clear"

If you follow these instructions, everything should go smoothly.

I am sorry that we were unable to reply to your post sooner. The forums have been very busy.

If you are still in need of assistance, please scan again with HijackThis and post a fresh log.

Due to lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
