rundll error after microsoft office installation

Unread postby marcincon » December 14th, 2008, 8:09 am

This all started after installing the Microsoft Ultimate Stealth 2007 program (or Microsoft OFfice 2007). An error occured: rundll error loading c:\windows\system32\psiljbqi.dll. I submitted the error to Smartcomputing.com and they recommended scanning for malware. I went to www.techspot.com for an 8 step process. There were 3 malware programs to scan for malware on my computer: malwarebytes, superantispyware & hijackthis. One program found 72 infections, one program found 25 threats & then HiJackThis lead me to this site. Here's my log - hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

Where from did you downloaded it?

Understandable esp during holidays :drunken:
The error code does not appear anymore. I believe doing the spyware programs solved the problem. I do run both Spyware Doctor & Malwarebytes as a double protection and so far the first program finds and deletes the spywares while the one that runs afterwards doesn't find anything - i try to switch so both programs get a chance to clean first. Anyhoo I appreciate the followup! Have a Happy New 2009!
