Recovering from vundo, popups still there - less frequent

To Whom it may Concern :

I thank you in advance for providing this service to me. I will be as helpful as I can to you to assist me in resolving this issue.

I believe I have fallen victim to a vundo attack. I have used kaspersky to try to isolate and remove this malware to no avail (although it has gotten better i.e. less frequent popups). I have not kept a mental note of all the popups, but the most frequent is "www.searchme/%20most recent text i have typed.com" I will abandon all further efforts until a helper advises me to do so. * Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

When I attempt to download ComboFix.exe from the provided link a critical message box apears that claims that the file has been reported to Microsoft as "unsafe" and I, as far as my computer capabilities go, am physically unable to download the file. It only has a button to cancel the download and not one to "continue anyway".
