O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MicrosoftUpgrade] C:\WINDOWS\inetinfx.exe

Do you mean that those re-appear to HijackThis log if you delete backups?

I see. Reason might be McAfee.

Try to do same procedure in safe mode and let me know how it went now.

Do they also re-appear if you uninstall HijackThis, delete those backups and reinstall HijackThis?

You can try to disable WinPatrol and Windows Defender and tell me if that helped.

Well then you might want to delete backups folder in C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.

Anyway, those backups are no threats, they are just registry entries so nothing to worry about :)
