Is your computer owned by a company, or is it networked into any business or other commercial enterprise?

There are a number of ActiveX installs that I'm unable to get any definitive information on which all appear to be related to.

Ultimate software appear to be a company involved with payroll software.

Please answer these questions before we progress any further.

Hi gadget_fl,

Yes this is my work computer

May I draw your attention to the rules for this site.

http://www.malwareremoval.com/rules.php

In General, we do not help in cleaning business or corporate computers. There may be restrictions and modifications installed on such machines that could be damaged or altered by the actions we take to remove Malware. There may also be legal issues regarding any loss of business data that we do not wish to deal with.

I'm sorry but because of this we're unable to help you with your problem.

My recommendation is you contact your IT Dept or whoever deals with computer issues within your company and let them deal with the matter.
