Hello,
I accidentally cllicked on an email I thought was from UPS.
I ran bitdefender 2009 and it says I have generic.malware.yd!dld!sp.24ea2256 and
generic.malwareyd!sp.7d7c47fs
Bitdender said the disenfection failed on both items.
An icon continues to pop up saying I need to install an antispyware tools from windows.
Can anyone help?

Please do not post in a topic that is not your own.

In order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log. A HijackThis log, as well as other logs that may be requested, provide us with a guideline for removing whatever malware is infecting your system. We cannot proceed without such logs for guidance.

Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log. If you are unable to create and post a HijackThis log, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
