Hi andromeeda

That sounds like a hardware issue to me and not as a malware issue.

Is it OK to redirect you to some windows forum?

It´s okay.
I manage to fix it just by uninstalling and re installing usb ports :)

But another problem appeared now.. when i want to turn off my computer then it takes ages before the "Turn off" window appeares :(

Please try to kill manually all processes except windows own processes before shutdown and let me know if it helped.

No. Kill them via task manager (ctrl+alt+del - highlight - end process)

Maybe better check which processes are running before that :)

  • Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
  • Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
  • Click on Install.
  • It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
  • Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
  • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
  • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
  • Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
  • DO NOT use the AnalyseThis button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
  • DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

You have a lot of startup programs.

I recommend that you disable following ones with HijackThis (open HijackThis, click do a system scan only and checkmark these. Close all windows including browser and press fix checked):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ISUSPM Startup] D:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\UPDATE~1\ISUSPM.exe -startup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ISUSScheduler] "D:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\issch.exe" -start
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HP Software Update] D:\Program Files\HP\HP Software Update\HPWuSchd2.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "D:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DetectorApp] D:\Program Files\Roxio\MyDVD Studio Deluxe\MyDVD Studio Deluxe\DetectorApp.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] D:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\NeroCheck.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsnMsgr] "D:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe" /background
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [swg] D:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ISUSPM] "D:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\ISUSPM.exe" -scheduler
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ISUSScheduler] "D:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\issch.exe" -start
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AnyDVD] D:\Program Files\SlySoft\AnyDVD\AnyDVD.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [BgMonitor_{79662E04-7C6C-4d9f-84C7-88D8A56B10AA}] "D:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\NMBgMonitor.exe"
O4 - Startup: Iomega Product Registration.lnk = D:\Program Files\Iomega\Registration\Register.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Acrobat Assistant.lnk = D:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\Distillr\acrotray.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = D:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
O4 - Global Startup: HP Digital Imaging Monitor.lnk = D:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqtra08.exe
O4 - Global Startup: HP Photosmart Premier Fast Start.lnk = D:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqthb08.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = D:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
O4 - Global Startup: Sonic CinePlayer Quick Launch.lnk = D:\Program Files\Common Files\Sonic Shared\CineTray.exe

Reboot afterwards and let me know if it helped for shutdown.

Nothing´s changed, after fixing those it still took a long time to turn off and then came "Windows is shutting down" window and it was there also a long time :(

Did you try to install User Profile Hive Cleanup?

If so and it didn't help, how old is your windows installation?

Due to lack of Response this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
