Enter URL in IE and Opens in Firefox!!!

Hi,

I would like to know why everytime I enter a web site address in the address bar in IE, it opens the web site in Firefox keying in the enter key or pressing the go icon.

Hi introlux,

In order to help, I need to know what version of Windows and IE you are using, a HijackThis log will provide this and some information about what is running on your system.

The uninstall list you posted may have come from HijackThis, but if you do not already have HijackThis, please download it from here (right-click the link, select Save Target As..., select your Desktop and press Save)
Double-click the program and follow the prompts to install it.
After installing, HijackThis will open automatically.

Open HijackThis and choose Do a system scan and save a logfile - this will produce a HijackThis log in Notepad. Check in Notepad that Format->Word Wrap is UNchecked.

Please post it in a response to this message. Copy the contents of the log by pressing Ctrl-A then Ctrl-C, then paste it into your response by pressing Ctrl-V.

I will review the log and let you know how to proceed.
