web redirect virus? url stays same, page content is wrong

On 2 computers in our office a few websites (including our homepage) are displaying the wrong content. The url is the same, but the content is completely different. We can access some urls correctly (like google.com), but can't access others (either see a page with incorrect content or get 404 error). I've attached 2 screenshots of what the site should look like and what the site does look like with this content change. I have never heard of a virus that does this... Any help is appreciated. About an hour into trying to troubleshoot this issue, one of the computers started displaying the websites correctly (I never fixed anything, just ran an avast scan). I ran the same scan on the other infected computer, but the issue didn't fix itself. I've also cleared the cache, temp files, etc. A hijackthis log from one of the computers is below.
