Please Help : ( --> IP pop ups "ms juan" possibly?

I have this really stupid annoying popup thing...I think its a malware..but i'm not sure which file I am suppose to delete, and the virus scanner I have will not remove it. I keep getting these 3 IP addys:

85.12.43.70
82.98.235.113
89.188.16.28

and i did a hijaxthis thing and this was my result. \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ PLEASE HELP!!!

1. If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
2. Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic. Please stay at one forum for help.
3. Please continue reading posts until I give the All Clear. It is important to note this, as a clean looking HijackThis is not always a sign your system is clean.

Note: I am still in training here at Malware Removal, however I will be working under the direct supervision of one of our Malware Experts. Any recommendations will first be approved before being given to you. Because of this, there may be a short delay in getting our responses to you, however be assured that we will be working diligently on your problem.

Step 1

Please produce uninstall list:

1. Open HijackThis.
2. Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
3. Look under System tools.
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
5. Click on the Save list... button.
6. It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
7. Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.

Don't close HijackThis folder, you will need it at step 2.

Step 2

Rename HijackThis.exe to becky20.exe by doing the following;

• Right-click on the HijackThis.exe
• Choose from the pull-down menu; "Rename"
• And now Rename HijackThis.exe to becky20.exe
• When you've renamed HijackThis, open HijackThis again.
• Take a fresh HijackThis log (click Do a system scan and save a log file)
• Post the fresh HijackThis log here.

Step 3

Please post a fresh HijackThis log and Uninstall list.
