IE Critical Update Needed

hi im davis and yesterday i began receiving what i assumed was just spyware pop-ups which occurred when i tried to access any folder on my computer. I ran a Trend Micro Internet Security spyware check but this did not rectify the problem. The message still pops up saying my computer is "infected" and when i click no to the "free scan" it sent me straight to a website which showed a fake version of my, my computer screen and told me of how much "spyware" i had on my computer.

I have been reading other posts about this same problem and have used the program Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and saved the log files to my PC. I have also used RSIT and saved both logs to my PC also.

I'll post the Hi-jack this scan log below for a start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
