Unread postby SunRai » September 18th, 2008, 2:09 am

I am have the same problem as daveg225 with that win32 net booster virus, except my computer is completely frozen. I cant access anything nor can I use ctrl, alt, del. I actually afraid to power it down for fear I wont be able to reboot. I am using Windows 2000. I can't post a copy of the log because I can't access anything on my computer. Can someone please help me try to solve this problem. Any help would greatly be appreciated :pale:

We're sorry that you have not received a reply to your topic. Unfortunately, when assisting someone to clean up a system that we cannot physically access, it is necessary to have logs with which we can assess the condition of the computer. Although we understand that you are unable to provide logs, without them, we cannot assist you.

Our best advice is for you to take the computer to a trusted local shop and get help there.

As your problem falls outside the scope of this forum, this topic is now closed.
