Malware Removal,

I have an XP machine that is detecting Vundo trojan at various times but normally once a day. McAfee is detecting below but the DLL files 'RQRKEXND.DLL' is continually changing but resides in the same location. I have run a full system scan while suspending a few services as per McAfees recomendations but not result.
