i asked for help in a previous post three days ago. no one came to the rescue. now my laptop is stuck at the windows logo screen. what do i do now?????????

We are very sorry that you did not receive a reply to this topic, but we are extremely busy and you did not post a HijackThis log, which is needed in order to assist you.

However, you did receive a reply in your previous topic, requesting that you post a HijackThis log. You did not respond to that request, so after six days with no response, that topic was closed. This topic is also missing a HijackThis log. You have been helped here before and posted a HijackThis log at that time, so surely you understand that is part of what we need in order to help you.
