Cannot remove MSNCS Keylogger.MSNSpyMonitor

Please help!
I am using Spyhunter software and it cannot remove the MSNCS Keylogger.MSNSpyMonitor.

I have run the HijackThis program and attached the log results

I would appreciate your help in helping me resolve this problem.

Please observe these rules while we work:

4. Please note you'll need to have Administrator priviledges to perform the fixes. (XP accounts are Administrator by default)
5. Please let me know if you are using a computer with multiple accounts, as this can affect the instructions given.

If you can do those things, everything should go smoothly

Please note that all instructions given are customised for this computer only, the tools used may cause damage if used on a computer with different infections.

If you think you have similar problems, please post a log in the HJT forum and wait for help.

Note: I am still in training at Malware Removal, however I will be working under the direct supervision of one of our Malware Experts. Any recommendations will first be approved before being given to you. Because of this, there may be a short delay in getting our responses to you, however be assured that we will be working diligently on your problem.

In the mean time can you give me an Uninstall list please !!

1. Open HijackThis.
2. Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
3. Look under System tools.
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
5. Click on the Save list... button.
6. It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
7. Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.

Howdy Petseybear22, this program (keylogger) is installed by someone who has access to this machine,
we can not remove this program without mabey causeing damage to this machine. Who ever installed it will have
to remove it or it will need taken to a computer shop where the owner can be identified !
Programs like this are installed for a special purpose and HJT experts will not remove these.

You have a program called SpyHunter installed on your computer. This program was until recently classified as a Rogue antispyware program. Typically, rogue programs do not provide any security benefits, and use false positives to goad users into purchasing a full version of the program. Due to it's tainted history, and the availability of more reputable programs for free, I strongly suggest you remove it - SpyHunter can be uninstalled via Add/Remove Programs


NEXT


Please delete any HijackThis Folders and Files you have now.Use Add/Remove Programs and remove HijackThis.

1. Please download the latest copy of HijackThis from Trend Micro and save it to your desktop.
2. Double click on HJTInstall.exe to install it. Click on Install. By default, it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
3. Read through the License Agreement presented to you on the next screen and click on I Accept.
4. Once installed, HijackThis will start automatically. If it doesn't, please go to your desktop and double click on the HijackThis shortcut created there.
5. Select Do a system scan and save a logfile.
6. Close HijackThis.

Note: Do not click on the AnalyzeThis button.

Do not fix any lines you see in HijackThis as most entries are harmless and needed for the normal functioning of Windows.
