done. I couldn't find the video.exe file and I did several searches. All seems to be working great. THANK YOU!! This is the best site ever!

what type of anti-virus sw do you suggest I install so I can keep this from happening again?

Then it is likely hidden.

See here how to unhide hidden and system files and try again, please :)

well, it still never found it. the other thing that is happening now, it that it keeps saying my virtual memory is low. I'm not sure what keeps taking up the memory?

That is likely due to incorrect settings.
