Sexually related pop up ad on ATT.net search page

Hello. I have been having problems with what appears to be an ad appearing on the att.net search page (hxxp://my.att.net/s/s.dll?num=10&spage= ... 38&sm.y=16). The large ad, usually sexually related, appears at the top of the list of searched items. I have not noticed the ads popping up elsewhere, and I guess the easy answer is to not use att.net to search. However, I'm worried that I've picked up a bug that could crop up later and do more damage. My hijackthis log is below. Many thanks.
