Malware (Bhsrv.msi? Possibly others.) Please help!

(I have posted this on other forums, but have already asked for those threads to be closed/deleted so its only posted here.)

Hello. I have noticed some odd things going on with this computer which seem to be the same as this persons troubles: http://www.castlecops.com/posts224019-0.html. Multiple iexplore.exe processes(run by the system and not the administrator... dunno if that matters but when i actually open internet explorer it says administrator for the username) accumulate in the process list after a while, and random audio of commercials or music will sometimes play through the speakers if those processes aren't ended, so they might be connected (the user in the link above says he also experienced this.) He also says something about calc.exe running when hes not using the calculator. I noticed that when i start this computer that "calc.exe" appears shortly in the list of processes. I have run multiple scanners including: AVG free antivirus 8, Ad-Aware 2008, Spybot Search and Destroy, SUPERantispyware, A-Squared, Prevx, and ESET Online Antivirus Scanner. Prevx and ESET actually located the bhsrv which i think might be causing this problem, however you need to pay to have them delete the malware. Prevx also listed "calc.exe" as a hidden process. I am not experienced in using hijackthis or combofix(i dont have combofix installed, but the other user seems to have fixed the problem with it) and don't know too much about this kind of stuff, so I would really appreciate your help in simple steps that i will try to follow. REMOVE NORTON

I see some remainants of Norton/Symantec on your pc.
Go in Add/Remove programs and uninstall all Norton & Symantec programs found there.

Then please click HERE and follow the instructions to download and run the norton removal tool for your own version.

Delete bad services
Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the following text in the quote to Notepad. Save it as "All Files" and name it FixServices.bat
Please save it on your desktop.

sc delete BHsrv
sc delete SymWSC
exit

Double click FixServices.bat. A window will open and close. This is normal.

Then close all windows except Hijackthis and click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis.

Set Your Computer to Show All Files

• Click Start.
• Click My Computer.
• Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
• Select the View Tab.
• Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
• Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (recommended).
• Click Yes to confirm.
• Uncheck the Hide file extensions for known file types.
• Click OK.

In addition, go to Start, Search.  When you click on 'All files and folders' on the left pane, click on the 'More advanced options' at the bottom.
Make sure that 'Search system folders', 'Search hidden files and folders', and 'Search subfolders' are checked.

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to and find the following Folders/Files: if found, delete the following (some may not be present after previous steps):

Folders
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared

Files
C:\Program.exe

Now we need to do a search. Start > Search > For Files and Folders.

Paste this into the Search for files and folders named box, one by one:

utsgmon.exe
ms-its.exe
wormexe.exe

If any of these files are found please delete them.
