HI,

My internet browser takes ages to actually come up on the screen and even when i type the url in , it take ages for even what i typed in to appear.

It seems as through my whole computer is slow

please help

i have 1791 MB Ram- i had put in another 2 gb ram before but it didnt make any difference to the speed- i did have a few issues with the extra ram like the computer wouldnt start properly etc... so i took it out - but even then, the computer was slow

is it the ram that is in there that is causing this problem? Apart from speed, there arent any conflicts with computer.

Open HijackThis, click do a system scan only and checkmark these.

Close all windows including browser and press fix checked.

Reboot.

And post back if it helped :)

I delted omnipage and windows messenger from control panel before seeing your last post- the problem seems to have gone now- computer is much faster
