Hi baddew,
Sorry, but we won't be able to help you .
In your case, for three separate reasons:
  • The Windows Server Operating System is a very specialized one, and many of our tools will not work properly.
It is designed to be maintained and patched by contract with Microsoft
  • We won't fix systems with P2P file sharing programs installed (PC Wizard), since use of those programs pretty much guarantees continued infections.
    See here: http://malwareremoval.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=33112
  • There is also an issue with installations of PunkBuster.
Your computer has installed gaming tools. Some of these, like Punkbuster, use spyware techniques to engage in the anti-piracy battle.
In the process, they take control of much of your PC, and they actually meet the definition of spyware/malware.
They are sometimes designed to prevent orderly removal or modification.
It is not likely that your computer could be cleaned without breaking or removing some of these programs, and this would result in not being able to play the associated games, or worse.
Since we are dedicated to causing No Harm, we won't normally work on machines with this type of program installed.

Even if u won't work on this machine will u tell me how to uninstall the 2 items u referenced. I did not even know that these items had been installed or I definitely would not have done it. If it screws it up worse, then I will just format and start over, but it isn't any good to me the way it is, thanks.

After checking PCWizard is the utilities program much like SiSandra that I use to check the computer's envoriment and is not a file sharing program. So if u could tell me what I need to remove as far as the game hidden programs/files I will gladly remove them, thanks.

baddew,
PCWizard is advertised as a filesharing program.
You need to Uninstall PunkBuster. It may be a subscription, and you may possibly need an original keycode to Uninstall it.
Otherwise look up Punkbuster and call them to find out the uninstall sequence.
How could you not know it's on there, unless you got the PC from someone else?
Punkbuster may have come WITH a game, like World of Warcraft. In that case you can Uninstall the games, one at a time, until you get it.
If it's removed successfully, you won't see these entries in running processes:
C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\PnkBstrA.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\PnkBstrB.exe

or these lines in the HiJackThis log either:
O23 - Service: PnkBstrA - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\PnkBstrA.exe
O23 - Service: PnkBstrB - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\PnkBstrB.exe

Part of the difficulty you are having could be that some of these programs are not designed to run on a Server version of Windows either.
This is about all the advice I can offer on the subject.

Thanks, the punkbuster must have been in the id software game, enemy territory. PC Wizard may be advertised somewhere as a p2p software but I assure u that using google u will see that it is a utility software. I will remove thse game but they have been on here for 2 months and never crashed until last thursday. I appreciate your help.
