Win32:Trojan Gen problem ahntdksr[1].dll HijackThis log

Hello there oh wise ones!

I have a small but highly annoying problem. I am using avast! antivirus and I keep getting an alert about a trojan located in:

C:\Documents and Settings\dave\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SSDSSMC\3077ahntdksr[1].dll

The problem file seems to be the ahntdksr[1].dll file.

I have tried rebooting in safe mode and deleting the temp internet files to no avail.
