Computer slowing down to a crawl

I recently got a new desktop PC afew months ago, but over the last few weeks it has been slowing down toerrible. I keep getting messages saying my Windows Virtual Memory is too low, and when I look at the System Performance it shows that my Paging File Usage is maxed out. Can you please help? The following are some of my system stats, along with a Hijackthis log.
