SVChost.exe error with browser.dll

Hi,

I recieved the following error:(my clients)

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.5512, faulting module
browser.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, fault address 0x00006afc

I didnt find any information regarding this error anywhere including google!

After recieveing this error, basically I dont have sound (ex: youtube, windows media player) but still have system sound (like a clicking sound when clicking on an icon). Also, sometimes the network drives are down, and I cant access an application over the vpn after the error happans.
Only restarting the machine solve out the problem but only for about 5 minutes.
help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used hijackthis maybe someone can help!!
