Hello Bill,

Welcome to the MRU forums. I don't see anything untoward in your log, although the presence of MsConfig indicates that you have disabled some startup entries. It's very difficult to properly analyze your system without all the detail we can get.

The O2 you are interested in belongs to "Citibank Virtual Account software", (reference >>Here<<). if you do online banking with Citibank, you'll need to keep this one. If not, uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs and that entry will disappear from your HJT log.

If you're having any specific problems, please reenable all of the startup entries that you disabled with MsConfig and post back the specifics, (be as detailed as possible) and include a fresh HijackThis log. If you're not having any specific problems, please let me know so we can lock this thread.

Due to lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
