Ok, to help you with the java I need to know what point you are strugling with the Instruction!how far into the instruction did you get before you had a problem!

Are you able to down load the java from the link I gave you to your default download location or where you download to?

Is the older version of java still on your system?
Are you downloading the correct version as I have indicated?

I need some information to be able to help you more.

look when i said that i wasn't angry lol what i ment was the first time you said uninstall the runtime now your saying uninstall the tm and when i said that i was saying it like i thought you said the tm the first time. im not trying to make you mad at all im sorry if it sounded mean in any ways but where i am geting to is i folow your instructions then when i save it to the desktop (convient location) then when i duble click it it pops up a box (or use to) i think i got rid of java by acident lol but when i had java it would load up a box for the download to go through and then it would saying downloading and reach a certain point and say reconecting to server and it would repeat that untill it faild enough times to say maximum limit reached im going to get java agen right now and see if it will fix it since i think i uninstalled it by acident when you said tm 1c agen i am sorry to offen you all i ment was i must have uninstalled the wrong java thing

You may think it was a simple case to get rid of an annoying box but if we see signs of an underlying problem we have to follow it through and do the appropriate scans, which it looked like you had at one stage during the fix. I can understand your frustration you want to get finished. We are all volunteers who give up their free time to help.I wonder how long and how much it would of been by going to a repair shop!
You make it difficult for me to understand when you use abbreviations as they could mean many things, to you it may well be obvious.

ok i got the site hound since its only thing that works with fire fox it should go great with my eset ALSO i created my new system restore point like you said so now can you delete this please
