A Norton Scan shows that I have 4 things that may be harmful to my computer, but I don't know how to get rid of them. And my computer feels slower sometimes.

I was also trying to play Team Fortress 2, but for some reason I lag. I thought maybe some type of a virus was slowing down my computer causing the lag.
