Getting an message Iexplore.exe and my IE6 not working good

Everytime i try to shut my computer off it shows me an message Iexplore.exe and if i click on end now options it just keep coming back. Also my Internet explorer behaving weird from past week. Ihave to click on my IE icon like 4 times to open
Please help.
