Hi there,
My browser always gets set to about:blank, my internet connection seems to be constantly busy and eventually downloads psquard which automatically starts running. I can't get rid of it. Have tried ad-aware & cwshredder so far - no luck. Hope you can help - here's the log...

Please save these instructions to a text file in Wordpad or print them out because we will be restarting in Safe Mode and you will have no Internet Connection

Please place hijack this in an own folder to ensure the backups it makes are being saved

***
Download CleanUp! here or here, and save it on your desktop
Don’t use it yet we’ll do that later on.

***
Download Ewido Security Suite
  • Install ewido security suite
  • Launch ewido, there should be a big E icon on your desktop, double-click it.
  • The program will prompt you to update click the OK button
  • The program will now go to the main screen
  • You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
  • On the left hand side of the main screen click update
  • Click on Start
  • The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed
  • After the updates are installed exit Ewido.

***
Download smitRem.exe and save the file to your desktop.
Double click on the file to extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

***
Please download and unzip
About:Buster to a folder. Inside the folder is a readme file that has instructions on the use of the program.
AboutBuster MUST be updated before you use it.
Start AboutBuster, click the update button, check for update, drag the box to the side and hit download updates, close the box . Don't run it yet.

***

Please download the Killbox. *In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.

* Save it to your desktop.
But don’t run it yet

***
Download CleanUp
Install the program, dont run it yet, we will later.

***
Download CWShredder save it on your desktop and start the program
Click “check for updatesâ€
